- 500 gm – Prawns
- 5-6 – Green chillies
- 12-15 – Black pepper seeds grinned
- 6 – Curry leaves
- 1tsp – Corn flour
- 1tsp+2tbsp – Oil
- ½tsp – Ginger paste
- A pinch of salt
- ½ tsp – soya sauce
Marinate prawns with ginger, pepper, chilli , curry leaves, corn flour, soya sauce,
½ tsp oil and salt for 30 minutes.
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan.
Add the marinated prawns in the pan and shallow fry for 10min.
Garnish it with coriander leaves and ready to serve.
