Pepper Prawns, made the delicious way.

Serves  4

  1. 500 gm – Prawns
  2. 5-6 – Green chillies
  3. 12-15 – Black pepper seeds grinned
  4. 6 – Curry leaves
  5. 1tsp – Corn flour
  6. 1tsp+2tbsp – Oil
  7. ½tsp – Ginger paste
  8. A pinch of salt
  9. ½ tsp – soya sauce

 

Method

Marinate prawns with ginger, pepper, chilli , curry leaves, corn flour, soya sauce,

½ tsp oil and salt for 30 minutes.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non stick frying pan.

Add the marinated prawns in the pan and shallow fry for 10min.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and ready to serve.
